to be honest, i failed very badly as a writer
i can't even keep up to the deadlines that i had set
to update you periodically

once again, i've totally forgotten my commitments
and whatsoever that is important to me,
or what used to be important to me

only at such times i remember that you exist
you are like the mirror
the reflection of my thoughts, my desire
to guide me whenever i feel lost
for i had realized my lack of ambitions
had brought me nowhere
after all these years

the first day of the annual company trip

and being single,
I was given the responsibility to lead a group of colleagues in this event

while those married would be busy taking care of their kids and spouse

and they expect me to be the event photographer as well?

guess I would have to charge them for the photos that I have taken fufufu...

after all, I did use my new camera lens for this event :D

The highlight of last weekend:

A Leaf Letter

Hmmn... I guess I will make it a habit to write a blog post each time I come home

Sky of Beginning

Recently, Vocaloidism uploaded a summary (link) on the article by Kenmochi Hideki, YAMAHA's Chief of VOCALOID Development at Yamaha where he talked about VOCALOID. The said article was first published on Yomiuri Shinbun (link). After reading the article, I was overwhelmed by various pent-up feelings and thoughts. Thus, I decided to write something in response.

I think it's more suitable to call myself a VOCALOID activist instead of a VOCALOID fan. After all, I love VOCALOID music, I preach about it and I get involved in activities that were related to VOCALOID. In fact, there's a local VOCALOID fan community that I'm involved in called the Malaysian Vocaloid Party (link). At times, I come to think of myself as a political party member!
/vote for me in the 13th General Election!

Collectively, I would call the people in the VOCALOID fan community as activist of the VOCALOID movement - one that includes all the forms of art related to VOCALOID such as producers, band members, cosplayers, artists, utaites, dancers and translators.

i have always believed that the pen is mightier than the sword
and writing gave me more time to consider the implications of my words
- speech never offer the opportunity of fine-tuning
