Infatuation

Infatuation... Companionate... Why there are differences between the two?

So there was I at a mamak stall discussing about my problems with my friend, Lew. Turns out one could lead to another in a perfect cycle that never ends.

So the question is where I lie currently in this cycle? I couldn't answer that question because I do not know how to handle my relationship problems. Love is still something unknown to me, not unless you're talking about my filial piety for my parents (of course you do not mean that).

Btw, have anyone check out Apple's newest product, iPad? I'm thinking of getting it instead of a Wacom tablet. Of course this is more costly (USD 600) but it will be worthwhile in the long run I believe...

Empire State of Mind

I guess I've gained a lot of life experience in the past 2 weeks. I have a lot to rant about... but I guess I have to keep it short. Can't blog much as I'm down with a flu. And probably a slight fever too. Let's hope it's not the dreaded H1N1 or H3N2

In short, these ideas have been running in my mind and I would like to share...
  • Never study psychology unless you're a total optimist. Seriously, psychology is a depressing subject to study. Like medicine, students tend to think they have the symptoms for certain illnesses when they study, which in turn made them MORE depressed
  • No music, no life. As simple as it sounds
  • For the first time, loneliness striked me. And I was on the verge of breaking down to tears. Loneliness is truly scary.
  • Academic excellence has no value if you don't enjoy your academic life. Therefore I'm truly thankful for having a second chance at school life by studying in INTI... though I dislike INTI management
  • Karaoke is a great stress relief, not to mention it boosts self-esteem... not unless u sound like a zombie like me!
  • Friendship provides intimacy and companionate without the commitment... sadly there's no passion to such relationship... that's why people opt for romance

********************************************************************************

Sorry for all the emo ideas. But if I don't share it out, I'm gonna go crazy for confining all these thoughts only to myself. And thanks for caring (listening does not seem to be a good word to use for a blog)

Ok, now for some happy thought... I've completed another feat I intended to do before the age of 20 which is clubbing. Well, it was not as thrilling as I expected, but it was worth it as you get to see many scenarios that u might never imagine... All thanks to Grace, WG, EeWern+Gary, Carmen and BomBom.

I'll try to complete the list of feats as written in the previous postings in this 2 weeks of semester break. 2 weeks is just too short, don't you think so?

Btw, I still owe Leo RM26. Make sure u remember to ask from me the next time we meet, Leo!

Undercover

This weekend could not be any worse. For one, my study loan is at risk of being cancelled, just because INTI management made an arrangement with CIMB without announcing the change to us student, except through a small notice on the notice board.

Screw the INTI management.

Now I've lost my enthusiasm to study for next week's finals.

And sadly, all my housemates had went back home for their study break. With no one to talk to, I can only resort to the company of Nescafe and Nana Mizuki.

Tik Tok

Only one more month before I hit the 20 years old benchmark. Thus I am now listing down all the things that I've missed out as an teenager...
  1. Go clubbing
  2. Getting drunk
  3. Involve in a brawl
  4. Trashing my dad's car (done!)
  5. Girlfriend
  6. Anything else? Do u have any ideas?
Either way, my life is in the slums after April Fools' Night celebration at uni. Probably due to the fact that my sister finished all the chocolate that I left in the refrigerator.

A friend asked me whether I would restart my secondary school life if I were given the chance. "Absolutely!" I replied immediately. For one, I should not been such an introvert. I should not have study so hard and miss out all the fun of being a teenager.

Sigh~
