Yesterday's 5C gathering was a total failure in terms of attendence. 10 boys and one girl. The proportion of male and female is just so... wrong. Before our female classmate arrived, it kinda felt like what boys would do on a Friday night without a date- a social gathering, or more specifically, yamcha. I would like to stress that bachelorhood is nothing to be ashamed or sad of, but instead it's the only thing that gives you the freedom every adolescent desires.
Well, let's face the fact. We can never go back to the past... and holding on to past relationships would be seriously difficult. It's not like I am ever gonna give them up, it's just that I regretted never to get more attached and intimate with all my classmates. I still remember that it took me whole months to get all their names right... talk about disgrace....
Either way, I have something new to report. In the past I used to teach students up to Form 2 level as part of my job as a tuition teacher. So why stop there? I am taking up the challenge to tutor a matriculation student! Woot... this is one huge step to my career goal, if you can guess (it's really obvious). Tutoring a SAM (google this if you dunno what is SAM) student in Mathematics Studies would be difficult as it is not my best subject and I have not touch mathematics for at least a month... Oh, I surely missed the old days when me and my SAM classmates would mash the HP 39gs' buttons like what I do with a PS controller trying to fisure out how to work a specific function. Now I better brush up my skills with it before my tutoring session.
Hasta la vista! Tonnes of work (assignments, lab reports) to do, but with little motivation, I would take my own sweet time...
It's been a year and I still don't know all the names of the student in my class (= =)
ReplyDeleteTutoring..wow..and mathematics too 0.o That reminds me of the times when i have to bug JW and another person to solve add maths problem for me XD
ya...since everybody is busy for their life, it is tough to make gather our ex-classmate together.
ReplyDelete= =maths is a curse to me...
I passed my calculus but faced with physics....*sob
