My Paper Heart

Today, I had a great dinner of beef, chicken and mutton satay with my family and my uncle's family, then there's also BBQ chicken wings and also the ultimate tropical drink- coconut! My uncle and his family came down to Kajang to celebrate granny's birthday. She's not yet a centenarian but she certainly acted like one. In fact, she acted like an old hag got retarded.

Well, like a kid I was counting the number of sticks of satay I ate after the meal. I was really happy, in fact overjoyed, when I counted a score of 16 sticks beside my plate. I thought I overcame my previous record. I previously held a record of 13 stick, quite pathetic for a 18 years old boy...Then I realized that my sister mixed hers with mine. At the moment, I felt as if I was sexually impotent. I underwent a short period of sulking.

Yes, that felt really bad, as if your aspirations fell apart and you hit rock bottom. My sister wasn't helping at all. She glared at me after repeat the fact that my score was invalid and insolently replied, "Okay, okay, you ate 16 sticks. I ate one only" while she finished one more stick.

My paper heart is seriously torned. Not by any relationship matters, but by a trivial matter. It will take sometime to heal. While waiting for that to happen, I guess I am gonna continue to read comics or just doodle.

  1. I actually wanted to publish this post earlier, but the internet connection was terrible. Uploading one video took me about half an hour. Google may be a huge company, but the server for Blogger sucks.
