Battle! Champion!

Okay, I'd realized that
I have not been blogging much in the previous 2 years
Perhaps coz' I have been busy with work
for which I am still not familiar to-date
However, considering that I have shift my focus
from financial security to video gaming
I guess I will be blogging more frequent
I hope you guys would enjoy reading my blog posts!

Well, recently I've got into the Pokemon Gen. 6 bandwagon
I guess that was because of my pilgrimage to Tokyo
where I also visited Tokyo's Pokemon Centre
once I got back to Malaysia
I quickly got my hands on a physical copy of the game
I started to play on 24 Jan And I have completed my 1st gameplay on 9 February
in approximately 30 hours worth of gameplay
which was kinda sad
as other JRPG video games would have occupy at least 45 hours in the 1st gameplay
However, this game is really worth my money
as all the new game features are all appealing to an old fan like myself

And after lurking in the internet world for sometime
I found something interesting: Nuzlocke Challenge
(source:http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Nuzlocke_Challenge)
  • Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
  • The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.
  • Players must also nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.
  • Also not a definite rule, but the general consensus is that a black out/white out is considered to be "game over", even if there are Pokémon left in the PC

Well, I will be restarting the game to run a Nuzlocke/Wonderlocke challenge soon
So I plan to blog some of my gameplay here
hope you guys would be interested to follow them~
