Your Affection

Today, I had my first Moral class. Even though my roommate have always complained about him, I find him interesting. Or maybe it's sociology.

The lecturer criticized the breakfast that most Malaysian have are actually not nutritiousness at all. Then, he kept talking to a part where he spoke of rice, Asian's staple food contains carbohydrates and nothing else. Instead, he encouraged the non-Chinese to have better breakfast, such as a big bowl of noodle. Later, he continued on with a load of crap talk.

Then, it made me wonder...

Could it be that my dislike for rice make me cleverer?

Noodles and other protein-based food makes you better thinker?

My habit of looking down to the ground do not prove that I've lack of confidence, but instead shows that I'm a deep thinker?

Gotto cut the crap. The public exams are nearer than ever, and I have not done any preparation. Heck, I never do any sufficient preparation for any exams in my life. To tell you, I remember I was playing non-stop before my SPM trials. Only now that I know how important was it. So, what I want to say is...

Dear viewers, your feelings and affection for me (better be) will be my guiding light to the final lap of this race. And off I go dozing off in the classroom...

Zzzzzz...

  2. Ha? Lets see what I know about protein, i know it helps build and repair tissue apart from being one of the major constituent of muscles.

But brain? carbs are complex sugar right? If not used, it's stored, protein if not used, isn't stored. I remember my aunt told me, the phua chu beng fiancee or gf had a liver failure because she has been going on a protein diet (like most models do) but because the protein isn't those...ready to convert into energy kind, and it needs to go to various process in the liver and day by day, it goes BAM! They are both alive now though XD

Whats good for the brain? Vitamin B, Zinc, Lecithin *nods*

Looking at the ground ah...what was that saying, the one about the padi banyak nasi and then it bend low low cause it got a lot of nasi?

  4. hey alex... well i was thinking the same thing about what the lecturer said and well.. maybe certain protiens can be broken down to make other important proteins.. but the chances of u finding out which protien gives u that amino acids that u need is very slim.. but then again... does the brain become better with protiens or it is a mind over matter thing??

  5. Maybe it's a placebo effect... (if a person believe a remedy works, it would help psychologically)
