DRIVE TO THE MOON

My imaginative friend
who accompanied me to Sg. Buloh.
Someone told me he looked like the one from Mr. Bean series.
I didn't really realize that previously,
but I guess I'm becoming
more and more like Mr. Bean
Heck, my car also resembles his car.

Ghost

I wish there is a ghost in my room
then there will be someone for me to talk to
at night after work
when I watch the sun sets, the ceiling fan spins
the tap water flows
hoping to find some other better way to kill time

Perhaps I should adopt a pet
and bring it to Sg. Buloh
Maybe I should frequently eat-out at McD
to access the WiFi connection there
Or probably I would drive down to One Utama
and watch the buzz of people walking pass me
Whatsoever that I choose
will never put a smile on my face

Well, now I have all the time I need
to prepare for ACGC events

Self-Reflection IV

Well, I'll be starting my internship next week (15/8)
which means I will be
saying goodbye to my hometown
and internet broadband for 4 months
Thankfully I have a new love *smirks
that will be following me to Sg. Buloh
other than my beloved camera

24/2/2011: Big Appetite 2

Funny that
while I am the most picky eater I had ever known
And I joined an appetite competition in INTI
which turned out to be no more than a appetizer to me
It's not a surprise that my team won the 2nd prize
coz' all the members are great eaters!
P/S: I am a self-confessed glutton
I eat food faster than Ferrari burns petrol

26/3/2011: UNMC's Bunkasai (文化祭)

My first ACGC event that I really spent the entire day in
A truly enjoyable experience
I got to wear a yukata during the event :)
In the past, I've attended ComicFiesta, DaiCon and GACC
but without any comrades of the same interest
this time I was joined by members of the Manga-Anime-Games Club
so there was company this time
I even brought back a lovely souvenir
to remind me of that great time we had
everytime I have a sip of water

Self-Reflection III

19-24/12/2010: Trip to Riau, Indonesia

I have to admit,
this trip truly open my eyes to a world outside of my own.
To see a loving community,
people of the same faith and culture background
being united together,
something which Malaysian could only dream of

25-29/12/2010: Trip to Singapore

Right after coming back from Indonesia,
I went to Singapore on the very next day
Practically it was my first time meeting my triplet nephews
who are adorable and yet, violent at the same time
I also celebrated Christmas for the first time
though not the same way as Christians do it
But this trip is definitely memorable in many ways

8/1/2011: Hamster adoption

The day I adopted 3 hamsters
that were given away by a fellow senior
Not that those hamsters are under my care right now
But still, it was my first attempt at getting a pet (for real)
if you exclude the experience of
rearing Siamese fighting fishes when I was 8 years old

Self Reflection Part II

Recently, I've been thinking about my first day at INTI
and how I came to know people from diverse backgrounds.
I wouldn't say different cultural backgrounds
coz' sadly, my friends and acquaintances are kinda limited to Malaysians
Well, for someone who couldn't do small talks (some call it crap talk)
I do think that I did not bad in socializing
and thanks to INTI
I have a Facebook account =="

11/10/2010: Went to IDP at Subang Jaya

I intended to apply for credit transfer to universities abroad,
but after a long time of consideration,
I decided to put off this plan.
Many factors played a role in my choice.
It's not that I regretted my pick,
it's just that I feel sad that
I could not have the best of everything
Well, I am one greedy fellow :)

24/10/2010: DOTA Friendly Match

Well, I tried to organize friendly matches like this several times,
but I guess this was the only successful event.
It's not that I am really into DOTA
but it's a great way to kill time and stress
Plus it's a common topic among my friends and I

12/11/2010: Bill Clinton Talk

Because of this event, I had to fork out money to buy a coat
In the end, I couldn't go to AFAX in Singapore which I really wanted to go
but I could not afford to
Now that I'm working
I think I could afford to go to AFA'11
Let's hope that my ACG-loving friends will join me!

Torinoko City

While I was thinking about this song
while riding a motorbike at night,
my tears just came rolling down for unknown reasons.
Was I struck by the sense of loneliness,
or was I moved by the touching lyrics
or the awesome music and sweet vocal of this song,
I do not know.
All I know was that
this song had been stuck in my mind
for the past few days

At the point where past and future cross
Is where I lost my direction
Why are you living?
Answer within a hundred characters

I was left alone somewhere
In a silent world;
A fabricated world
If it's just throwing away a spoiled fruit
I don't need somebody,
because I can do it myself

In the repeated liking, hating, liking, and hating
This exhausted heart,
I don't need it anymore

Time will always pass by itself
Letting the world crumble in each second
An answer concealed in this distorted scenery
I don't need it;
I'm fine with lies

Gothic and Loneliness

A great song to celebrate
the start of the Hungry Ghost Month
and also the Halloween season

I guess I seriously screwed up my internship placement.
Sigh, why did I get my priorities all wrong?
That's how I got myself into such a tight situation right now.
This Ramadhan month will be a period for me to properly rest
coz' once my internship begins,
I might be travelling 40km to work almost everyday.
Being desperate as I am right now,
I would accept any offer for internship
regardless of the workload and work environment.

I can't wait to cut all ties with INTI.
On the other hand, I realized that
I will really miss all my friends from INTI.
I may not be good with words,
but I really mean it when I say that
every friend that I came to know along
these 20 years of my life
will always be an important part of me.
If any of you all died,
do know that you are not alone
because a part of me dies with you.
